The ADEK Secretariat is in charge of the implementation of ADEK International's work programme and remains a physical link between members, the ADEK International Executive Board and current stagiaires. The office is permanently staffed by two European Commission stagiaires.

The ADEK International Executive Board remains at the heart of the Association, co-ordinating current activities, and the direction of your network. It consists of a small group of ADEK members, elected to serve your interests.

During the General Assembly held in February 18th 2005, the following members were elected:

Catherine BENDER, Vanessa COGORNO, Elisabeth ILTIS DE SEQUEIRA, Thomas de LANNOY, Christian MOREAU, François PASSANT, Frédéric RIEHL, Maarten VERVOORT and Ruth WANDHÖFER.

On the General Assembly held in May 4th 2007, the resignation of the following members was approved while two new members were elected:

Catherine Bender, Thomas de Lannoy, François Passant, Frédéric Riehl and Ruth Wandhöfer.
